Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of AlphaLine, including our website, our statistical projections, and our Discord community. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AlphaLine (the "Service"), creating an account, subscribing to any tier, or joining our Discord community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after we post changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, your only remedy is to stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription.

2. Description of the Service

AlphaLine provides statistical projections and analysis for NBA player props. We use a ridge regression and machine-learning projection engine to estimate player outcomes (for example, points, rebounds, assists, and combined statistics) and to compare those estimates against publicly available betting lines. This analysis is delivered through our website and through our Discord community.

AlphaLine is an information and analytics product. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept or place wagers, and we do not handle, hold, or transmit any betting funds. Any decision to place a wager is yours alone, made at your own risk, with a third party of your choosing. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Access to certain features depends on your subscription tier. We may add, change, or remove features, tiers, or content at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If the legal age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction is higher than 18 (for example, 21), you must meet that higher age before acting on any projection in connection with wagering. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and that sports wagering is legal where you live and where you act on our content.

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you. AlphaLine does not encourage you to engage in any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction.

4. No Guarantee of Profit

Our projections are statistical estimates, not predictions of certain outcomes. We do not guarantee any result, return, or profit. Any performance figure we publish, including our 2025-26 backtest win rate of 70.3% over 599 picks across 149 slates, is historical and was measured under specific conditions. Live results have been roughly breakeven (approximately 52%). Backtested and past live performance does not predict future results. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain, and you can lose money. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment use only and is not financial, investment, or betting advice.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) through our third-party payment processor. AlphaLine does not store your full payment card details; those are handled by the payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy.

You may cancel at any time through the account or billing tools we make available, or by contacting us through our Discord community. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that.

Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods during which you did not use the Service. Prices may change; we will give notice of price changes before they take effect, and the new price will apply to your next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use any automated means to access, copy, or collect content from the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, syndicate, sublicense, or otherwise share our projections, picks, or content with anyone outside your own personal use.
• Share, post, or publish our paid content (including in other Discord servers, group chats, channels, or websites) or share your account or access credentials with others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying models, source code, or methodology of the Service.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the rules of our Discord community or any third-party platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its content, including the projections, models, text, graphics, design, logos, and the "AlphaLine" name and marks, are owned by [AlphaLine LLC] or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any projection, data, or content will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaLine, [AlphaLine LLC], and its owners, members, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, gambling losses, lost wagers, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AlphaLine, [AlphaLine LLC], and its owners, members, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your wagering decisions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

11. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Delaware], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of [Delaware], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
